It’s Time to Spill the Beans!
I take my coffee seriously. So much so that I developed my own coffee creamer to sweeten my cup of Joe. This homemade vanilla caramel coffee creamer is to sure perk up your daily java.
Vanilla Caramel Coffee Creamer
- 1 3/4 cups Hiland Dairy Milk
- 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons caramel ice cream topping
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Whisk milk and sweetened condensed milk together.
Add 2 tablespoons of milk mixture into a saucepan. Over medium heat, add caramel topping and whisk until smooth and completely dissolved.
Add the remaining milk mixture. Whisk thoroughly and remove from heat.
Allow mixture to cool. Add to coffee to taste.
To store, pour into an airtight container and keep refrigerated.
I repurpose the same quart-sized Hiland Dairy Milk jug I use for this recipe to store my creamer. It has even the expiration date for the milk I use, so I know when my creamer expires.
