Ham It Up!
They might be mini, but they are mighty! These mini ham-and-broccoli cups are perfect when you don’t have a lot of time to make dinner. Eat them with your favorite sides and a tall glass of fresh Hiland Dairy Milk, or grab a few to eat in the car on the way to basketball practice. Either way, they always hit the spot!
Mini Ham and Broccoli Cups
- 1 cup ham, chopped
- 1 cup broccoli, chopped
- 1 cup Hiland Dairy Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 can refrigerated crescent rolls
Preheat oven to 350ºF. In a bowl, combine the first six ingredients. Set aside.
Divide the crescent roll dough into 12 portions. Press into greased muffin cups.
Spoon ham mixture into each cup.
Back for 15 minutes. Serve warm.
Not a ham and broccoli fan? No problem! It’s easy to substitute ingredients in this recipe. Simply throw in turkey and corn, or chicken and green beans in place of the ham and broccoli.
