Peanut Butter and Banana Sushi
- 2 tablespoons smooth peanut butter
- 1 banana
- 1/4 cup crisp rice cereal
- Pair each serving with 8 ounce glass of Hiland Dairy Milk
Greek Yogurt Parfait
- 2/3 cup Hiland Dairy Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1/4 cup mixed berries
Spread peanut butter over the outside of the banana and then roll in cereal until coated. Cut into thick slices. Place yogurt in bowl and top with berries. Serve with 8 ounce glass of milk.
