Skillet Creamy Honey Corn

  • 2 tbsp Hiland Dairy Butter
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 16 oz bag Frozen Corn
  • 2 oz Hiland Dairy Cream Cheese
  • 1/4 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Pepper


  • In a skillet on medium-high heat, melt the Hiland butter and add the honey. Once melted and combined, add the frozen corn to the skillet. 
  • Cook for about 8 minutes until corn is cooked through. Add the Hiland cream cheese, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 5 minutes until the corn becomes thicker and creamy. 
  • Drizzle a little more honey over top if desired. Serve immediately.
